Sunflower pate

Lazy day today. An appointment I had was cancelled. So I thought I would go to Hebden Bridge for the day, it's been a while since I've been. But the grey grisley weather made me stay in!!

Washing, ironing, more Sky+ I hadn't realised just how much I've been recording. Then I made some Sunflower Pate, for the first time. It tasted really nice, although I may have put a bit too much garlic in! I'm hoping to introduce more raw food to my diet.
