Oscar having his regular sleep on me, very chilled and relaxed.

Spent this morning making cake(s) as it is my turn to host the lace ladies tonight.

Swimming this afternoon, did my 30 lengths again but felt better, had more stamina and able to complete in a shorter time.

Good evening tonight with the lace ladies - H has just come back from a short break to Delft and it was her birthday yesterday. M has had a good week. L not able to be with us as she flew to Bermuda yesterday to spend some time with family,
