Day off

Taking it easy after the busy weekend.
Tried to catch up with blipfoto only to find I couldn't get on. Much to AndrewNZ amusement I messaged my friend in the other side of the world to ask if it was only me lol.
Dogs had a lovely walk in the woods, ending up in the river.
Had a quick hoover and tidy up and later went to TRX class. It was hard as everything still ached from the weekend.
This is Keely who was on her way down the tree, I wasn't quick enough to get her climbing up.
