First we've seen this year

A beautiful sunny day with lovely blue sky!

Unfortunately we also had a rather brisk, blustery wind that was a tad on the chilly side .... especially when in the shade! Did manage without a coat but wore a warm hoodie instead!

Had a lovely wander "up the road" ...... a lot of the birds were very busy feeding their young ..... far too busy to stop for a photograph!

We watched the Great Tit going in & out of the hole in the tree ..... unfortunately the hole faces into the farmyard so no photos.

Also saw the Robin going into the ivy with a beak full .... too quick for me to get a photo!

Lovely to see the first Dog Rose (also known as a Wild Rose) we've seen this year .... thankfully it was in a relatively sheltered place so I managed to get a photo of this .... hope you like it :-)
