Black headed Grosbeak

I had forgotten the name of these birds and had to look them up.  Now,  my question is....   is the bird in the extra an immature female or something different?  Let me know!!
   A bit of rain today and damp outside.  We came home after church and turned on the space heater for a while!   the birds were busy at the feeders as I had filled them all up when I got home.   they were fun to watch today.
