Gloucester Cathedral

I wanted to get out the house today as we won't be able to tomorrow so decided to take Charlotte down to the cathedral for a look around. We made a little list of things to look for and she had great fun ticking them off as we went around.

I'd told her a king was buried there and she was really excited by this. I think in the end it was a bit of an anti-climax for her! Her favourite bit was probably the McDonald's afterwards!

Plans for the afternoon are making stained glass windows...she's been inspired by all the ones she saw today! After that we will chill on the sofa! Weekends in Coventry always tire us out because none of us sleep properly so time to catch up now!
