Iris

Sunday - a day of rest..... unless you are a gardener!  Busy day today again started with some ironing while OH called round to see MIL.  SIL was visiting and going out for lunch but a table at 12.00 for Sunday lunch didn't seem that appealing on a lovely sunny day so we gave it a miss.

I had a long chat with K on the phone and then spent the rest of the day gardening.  Planting the new plants that we bought yesterday.  Most of the gaps gone now although there is always space for a few more maybe?!

The picture is Iris Sibirica - admired in the Culpeper gardens many years ago when a very kind gardener gave me a clump he was dividing.  They are now massive and look beautiful.
