RSPB Baronshaugh

Martin and I went a walk over at our local bird reserve this morning and spotted this otter and giant kingfisher! :) Beautifully done mural.
We actually did spot a woodpecker going in and out of its hole in a tree feeding its young and removing the fecal sacks. Have to confess it was two other birdwatchers and their equipment that gave the game away though.
We saw a number of water birds too and were lucky enough to watch a young deer grazing near the marsh.
