Playdough

Lovely day so far: spent an hour or so with eldest making things with playdough then she was pick3d up by the other grandparents to go to her football.  Then Ro picked me up, having taken youngest to football and dropped her off with her sister and we went to church.  Meanwhile parents have gone to the Wirral to do a walking marathon! 

After mass we went to Bury Lidl and I bought myself a led light pad!  I haven’t yet opened it ! 
Then going into the centre of Bury we had some lunch in M&S and wandered in the charity shops there.  

Playdough recipe
1 cup flour
1cup water + colouring
2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/3 cup of salt
1 tablespoon of veg oil
Mix it all together to smooth paste in a saucepan.  Heat stirring, till thick.  You need strong arms! Then turn out onto a board and kneed a bit.  Done! Keeps about a week in fridge in airtight container.
