Globe Flower

Holiday backblip

Cycled the old railway line up from Callender to Balquidder today, great scenery, great weather but got caught in a shower at the end. Could have posted a great scenic shot of Loch Lubnaig but I was truely amazed to see so many globe flower in the water meadows at Callender. These plants are really scarce in Lancashire. In the image here there are probably more globe flowers than in the whole of my home country. And this was just one patch in a field of the stuff.
