Lake Mead

This was a shot of Lake Mead that I took when we found a lovely vantage point at the bottom of a track, that wasn't very clearly marked, on the way back from a visit to the Hoover Dam.

It seemed to be a floating town on the edge of the lake and looked so surreal looking down on the scene and the still blue water - a truly immense lake in a truly immense group of states.
