The lost Spells

We managed to find Morrisons in Edgeware eventually. We took a wrong turning and the Sat nav took us all over the place. Had a really good breakfast and cheap too. Bought a new top , they had some nice clothes.
We knew the forecast was not good so went to Watford. It was raining when we arrived but we were lucky as the carpark had an under pass to the Centre . Went straight to the Cinema, an IMAX to see Dungeons and dragons. It’s a massive screen with comfortable seats so all good.
A look at the shops before dashing to TGI Fridays for dinner. Very good and we took our time, nice not to feel rushed.
On to The Palace Theatre afterwards to see The Lost Spells a play/musical based on the book. It was really good. The characters were great, a fox,hare,woodpecker and Jackdaw and another character who had forgotten her name ( I won’t say incase you go to see it ).All cleverly done.
Torrential rain on the way back to the hotel. Flooded roads and the hotel carpark was like a river. Glad to get back in the dry.
