Dina did good

Raced with Dina at Cardinham this morning.
It was this race a year ago that she started canicross racing with me. She has learnt so much in that year and despite 3 water stops for her we still managed to beat last year's time, mainly because she has learnt to go off at a steady pace so I'm able to keep running at the end.
We then went on to wadebridge to do mantrailing with Keely, she is coming on in leaps and bounds, getting more confident.
Finally a walk down by the river camel before back home to get stuff ready for tomorrow.
