Faversham

Back blip
We’re in Rochester with my sister for a flying visit to pick up an electric bike, a gift from my brother in law,  which I’m hoping will see me doing more cycling - and be able to keep up with J! 
We’ve spent the day in Faversham, a beautiful old town, visiting first the physic garden and St Mary’s church with it’s wonderful painted medieval column, before walking up the creek along the Saxon Shoreway to Ham Marshes, where we find The Shipwright Inn for lunch (good timing!), then back to Faversham for coffee and cream scone.

Eating out at the Sol y Sombre - tapas and paella - delicious - definitely not a dieting day but a lovely holiday feel
