Day to remember

Went as planned for lunch with old colleagues that have become friends, albeit that we don’t see them very often. Lovely long leisurely meal at the Sundial. Afterwards we got a taxi home and spent the afternoon relaxing (including a nap) and then at 5.30pm we received the news that we had exchanged on the sale of our house. We had almost given up hope it was going to happen. We had agreed 4 months until completion so we have a long time to get ourselves organised but we made arrangements to go and see L&D about our purchase from them. Hopefully it can all be tied together. Will miss our garden but if we pull off the purchase the views will be even better.
