Bake sale

H's pal O now has a monthly bake sale on the street, partly to raise money for charity. The scones were good and I'm looking forward to a vanilla cupcake after dinner!

Lots of gardening today. Moving things and reorganising rather than planting out the babies.

One problem I've discovered in recent months is that some of the treated sleepers are rotting and the fungus is spreading out into the soil and killing off select plants. I'm not quite sure how serious it is (honey fungus!?) or what to do but I'm trying to keep an open mind. Wood does rot eventually after all...
