Ladybird

I saw a lot of ladybirds on nettles on my walk this morning…managed to get this one pretty much in focus, despite the leaves blowing about in the breeze. I have added an extra of some Scots Pine flowers.. I thought the colours were fabulous with a bit of blue sky background. Again, they were swaying in the breeze and I could see clouds of pollen blowing away from them..thankfully I do not suffer from hay fever.

A little more gentle work in the garden this afternoon…refilling the garden waste bin that was emptied this morning :-)

I applied for my state pension this morning…I may have to wait up to 5 weeks after my birthday for it be paid :-(
