Penicuik House

Lovely walk in the grounds of Penicuik Estate turned green by spring. The young beech leaves are so soft!

Hat off to the fantastic Trust who have restored the House, an epic project in itself & who are continuing to restore other buildings and features.

The House was open today, photo of Ossian’s Hall. The best photos of this house which show its wonderful symmetrical are by drone I think. The website has a few.
