No fly tipping!

When walking I like to look for new changes along my normal daily walk.  This morning I saw this sign, which was not there yesterday.  The image does say something about life in the village and so this image has value.  The derelict site behind the fence is an eyesore in the centre of the village.  There were two semi detached houses on this site which were demolished some 15 years ago and its never been developed.
