For the most part it's been a dull and rainy morning and overcast afternoon. The sun did come out a bit later. The day has been spent preparing to go away to Dorset for a few days. I picked up Claire who will be staying here to look after Patrick.

He knows that something is up and has been following us around everywhere. We're lucky that Claire can stay and look after him as being blind I don't think a holiday in a 'cat hotel' would be good for him.
