Celeriac

Isn’t celeriac weird close up? I’d never tasted one until my friends’ Golden Wedding 2 weeks ago. I didn’t know what they looked like either. I bought one and cooked it with a parsnip but it was a bit sweet. I’m going to try mashing on its own next time
I’m going to see a dental specialist tomorrow as I’ve got an infection under a bridge. It sounds like the pain from the bill will be worse than from the tooth.
