Stairmates

Very frustrating days with Microsoft Teams, the chosen platform for Aptis test item writing. I won’t have earned a single penny from it this month if I take into account the time I’ve spent on emails, passwords, error messages, requesting access etc. By the end of the day, I think I have access to most of what I need to do the job properly now, but it’s been an uphill struggle. Will the access last? Who knows? It didn’t last time. One of my reasons for taking on this new work was to learn a new skill and that included learning from others who are more experienced than me at test writing. That, and feeling part of a different work team. Neither have happened yet. If I didn’t like the actual writing part and weren’t so keen to learn more about it, I’d give up now.

These little chaps sit on our patio stairs and have appeared on blip before. I bet they don’t have to worry about Microsoft Teams.
