Soufflé
A real treat today we had lunch with friends at Tom Kerridge's place in Marlow, the food was amazing and atmosphere just right, my menu choices were quails egg scotch egg with smoked mackerel and wild garlic followed by chateaubriand beef and triple cooked chips, and for desert I had pistachio cake with melon sorbet, this desert is a banana soufflé with gingerbread ice cream. Back on salads tomorrow!
