I am close to giving up

I was using that and put it down for a few seconds.  Took me so long to get it back I temporarily gave up and grabbed the camera.

When he has something he shouldn't it is impossible to get it back - he runs too quickly in circles around me (literally AND metaphorically) and when he stops, it is about 4 microns further than my reach + reaction.  I have tried every tactic I can think of, and they only work once.

He's a little 'oot and he knows it.
