The Party Canvasser!

Today is council election day.  I have never not voted in an election, but today for the first time ever I voted twice!  Legally of course, I had a proxy vote on behalf of my wife.  I found this sole canvasser at 8:30 with a long day ahead of him, I think polls close at 10pm.
