Extraordinary

You knows what’s extraordinary? An empty bin with a fresh bin bag in it. This bin is always overflowing, with doggie bags always stuffed in and lying around.

I was so stunned, I stopped on my run, went back and took a photo. :-))

I’ve not done much running recently because my heels hurt so much. I’m seeing an orthopaedic consultant tomorrow so I need them to hurt so that I can explain and point. Weird logic probably.

Been a bit anxious today about the enormity / practical challenges of tomorrow. It’s taken some out-of-the-box planning.
