Leaving London

Is it okay to say that I love leaving London?  Not just because I feel so much more a northerner now than a southerner, and not just because I find London exhausting for its density of experience, but because leaving by train from King's Cross is spectacular. I love trains and grand stations. And I do love coming home.

I had to head straight into the office with loads of stuff to discuss. By the time I did get home I was exhausted. I was only good for watching a bit of TV. That happened to be two episodes of Succession, bringing me up to date. That was exhausting too!
