Hummingbird or Bat??

Bear with me....I know "Another hummingbird picture?" I didn't intend to take any hummingbird pics today. I was actually planning to take a cool picture of dice in honor of hosting bunco at my house tonight.

But in the middle of the day, there was this hummingbird.... flying oddly under the patio cover. Checking out the light wires like she was looking for something. Then the most bizzare behavior - she hung on to the wires with one leg (talon?) upside down!! For like 5 minutes! She looked like a bat! I had to go get the camera. She was still there! And quite fat looking. We decided she was very pregnant and ready to pop out those eggs! Then - zoom! - she flew away. I wonder where her nest is? Can't wait to see some baby hummers!
