I was going to blip another photo of my dogs but as I passed the echiums in my front garden I noticed two were in flower and attracting insects.
This one has a bulging pollen basket.
Lovely day, had an early run with the dogs at Cardinham. Then on do a bit of shopping, it's been a lovely sunny day. Off to yoga in a bit then back to work tomorrow
