Proud parents

Having heard from Larchlea that the cygnets had hatched, we set off to try and catch a glimpse of them. Surprisingly they were quite far from the nest - quite a long swim for the little ones. Mum and Dad were keeping a close watch.

In other news, my poppies have finally started to open after teasing me for over a week.
