Coventry Technical College

Every Wed I cycle past this building on my way to meditation - it used to be the old technical college and the designs in the stone walls are really interesting if you look closely - it is now a Holiday Inn - or some such like such a shame!!

Meditation really good tonight so glad to be back at the wed class - the Monday sessions were a bit too advanced for me - not ready for it yet - very interesting discussions tonight
