Carol fell in the shower after a bit of a row with the new carer. C is suffering badly from a UTI at the moment. The crew got her out of shower, checked her over and left just before 12.00 noon.
She's very tired..
and so am I
And the problems escalate during the day ending up with N coming around to calm things down
