Morris Minor

A pristine 1960s morris minor parked at the garden centre at Wincanton. My Dad’s first car was a Morris Minor and I can vaguely remember the excitement as a child of him buying it - I can even remember the number plate - WOK 797! Also, my own first car was similarly a Morris Minor which I called ‘Betty ‘ ( bought with great pride in Glastonbury whilst in my first teaching job). 

I needed to replace some key plants like agapanthus which the severe frosts killed in the winter. We took P’s Mum for a coffee too. Then on with the gardening….. Never sure which plants to risk planting outside before the end of May ! Always a gamble .
