Wildfire smoke

We started smelling it when the wind started in the night. We did check there was no imminent danger for us. It was hard to sleep think my mind thought it wasn't safe to. Shut the house windows to try to keep the smell out. It's way worse in Alberta. We also have no fires in our immediate area for now. It's a whole new thing to experience wildfires. 

Got some progress on my writing which felt good after a wee break new clarity has come. Did a wee bit of baking well melting too hot to have the oven on so made some tiffin and rocky road.
