Years Gone-By
This is the end section of the Staithes on the river Tyne at Dunston,it's quite an impressive structure all made of wood although there are metal steps added now which are in yellow. Wagons of coal would have made their way on the very top part of the structure and emptied their contents on waiting boats for export. It suffered fire damage in July 2010 thats why there is a piece missing on the left.
