Wild flower or weed?

An incredibly wet day today. After my final meeting in Dumbarton I drove to Edinburgh this evening and took a short walk round the outside of the Parliament to get some fresh air. In front of the Parliament are some areas of grass where some wild flowers grow. Not sure if this can be described as a wild flower or a weed, but I liked the shape and they stood out amongst the grass.
