Pots

Today started with BP although my foot was hurting, not sure if it will be 'kill or cure'?  

Home and a full day of gardening, potting up bedding plants, planting out tomatoes and more weeding.  Meanwhile OH waged a one man war against caterpillars eating our box hedge.  I have read a lot about 'box blight' and it seems pretty devastating.  I do recall visiting Wisley some years ago and they had a whole bed given over to a trial for alternatives to Box.  I think the war is going to be won by these tiny horrible little blighters. but OH persuaded me to order some spray from Amazon (another £40 gone) to see if we can at least have a fighting chance of saving the hedges.  We do have a lot of Box?!  I did wonder about LC who also have a lot of hedge around the ornamental garden and hope they are not having the same problems.

I was fairly exhausted by late afternoon and everything was hurting so came in for a shower, made dinner, hoovered and washed kitchen floor.
