Early morning blues

So peaceful down the dock at Xwaaqw'um this morning. I went out early to water the garden then headed for the trails, too hot to walk later. It was quite cool in the shade, lucky to have trails by the water. 
I finished planting all the flowers and seeded a few in pots too. Exciting to see some of the veggie seeds that I planted a few days ago sprouting already. Looking forward to enjoying fresh produce from the garden.
Plenty of record temperatures being recorded and wildfires are happening around the province, mostly human caused. Alberta is still in a stage of emergency because of wildfires. Scary times.
