Bluebells and broom

We took Misty to Pepper’s Wood today. It’s looking glorious with great bushes of broom and banks of bluebells. The damage done in the name of flood prevention is slowly healing over, and some mining bees were using the bulldozed banks so good old Mother Nature.
It was quite warm this afternoon, but I do think the nights are cold and my attempt to grow some seeds is struggling still. Not to mention the plague of mice attacking little seedlings! It’s a good thing we don’t rely on me for our food!
