Great day

18 miles of bike riding and 2 miles of running today. Dad came over (on his way back to Bristol) just as I got back from my run so I made us some lunch. We then went on a big loop on the bikes on our way to pick up S. Lasagne for dinner and then another bike ride in the gorgeous evening sunshine with Cannon, dad and S.
