We are keeping an eye on the local swans on their nest but they are still there. I spotted a few bright poppies near the end of our walk today.
My husband received the results of his recent blood test and having explored foods which have a high iron content that he eats, e.g. nuts, his last iron blood test result was within the required range so hopefully he won’t be chased any more.
