Puddles

I was at work today so didn't feel too aggrieved by the shockingly cold and wet Bank Holiday weather.

I arrived home to find the Ottolenghi cookbook in action once again. Tonight we're having "Baby Spinach Salad with Dates and Almonds" as an accompaniment to simple roast chicken. Yum!
