Durness dunescape

To the far NW. The NC500 has a lot to answer for but at least I got a nice campsite spot away from the flotilla of big white motorhomes on the cliff top. A big contrast to when I was here 8 years ago and it was mostly tents plus vans like mine. I’d plenty of time for a long hike around the headland which includes a military exclusion zone and huge sand dunes. Oh and the lambs are very cute!
