Bank Holiday Monday

It's a national holiday in the UK so I had the day off from the Book Shop even though it was open. I felt that as I didn't have to work on a holiday when I was earning money, the same should apply when I was not earning money.

Besides for not going to work the day was a fairly routine Monday with weekly shopping this morning and coffee this afternoon. The rain stayed off though the day was noticeably cooler and windier.

I took Dylan for his afternoon walk and shot off two or three snaps on the way round. This is the path leading to Shottery Fields over the wooden bridge that crosses Willowbrook.
