135/365. Eggs

Dippy eggs for breakfast this morning but no toast soldiers, boo hoo. Lo salt on them now because of my high blood pressure.

Work later, 13.00 hrs, and hopefully a gentle route out in the countryside. Perhaps I'll get to see Misty, a golden Labrador, who lives at one of the drops and is absolutely gorgeous.

A nice start to the morning but clouded over now and a bit of a breeze is picking up.

Dentist appointment made for Friday as a filling has broken off one of the back teeth. Opticians on Wednesday. A fun filled week ahead.
