Sunday: Impending Rainy Season

It’s a bit early for the rainy season, which starts in June, but today gave us advance notice of what it’s likely to be like.  This sky was followed by some pretty intense rain but luckily it didn’t last too long.

We had a great catch-up with P&J in Vancouver.  Later in the day, the Governor-General and her husband came for Sunday lunch.  The plan was hatched some time ago when she mentioned how much she was missing Yorkshire puddings. She was at the coronation last week so gave us some good inside stories.
