Youngest recruit...

I'll be honest, I'm totally and utterly exhausted. Every part of my body hurts!

Up at six, walked and fed the hounds and spoke to you. Did some work then in to the Cathedral once more for the third and final day of the fair. Spent from 9.45 until 3.45pm on the stand without a break..,this was my youngest recruit, 8 year old Alfie who was eagerly putting his invention in for the competition. Bless!!

Went to the gym via the Spar to pick up some much needed chicken. Did my hardest workout ever, took me 90 minutes!!! Absolutely dead! Home, walked dogs, showered, now more food and then bed. Thank god!
