Pretty in pink

Day 1 of an eventful week. My recent blips have been very much ‘hit and run’ with very little communication with my blip friends and I’m sure that you have realised that something is going on. 

We are moving house. We moved here 8 years ago to our forever house, but circumstances have changed. We are downsizing slightly, enough to have less space and fewer cupboards, hence the need for trips to the charity shops and recycling centre.

The novelty of finding long forgotten things is wearing off and I’m fed up with the chaos. 

The challenge of today was defrosting the fridge freezer, having worked on using up supplies and not wasting anything. Also preparing plants for moving. Since having Amber we have increased the number of plants in pots that we have, they are safer out of the ground.
