Nearly Over

It’s quite a climb from my house to the cemetery in Upper Ventnor. I was hoping to see the Orchids, which is something I do every year. I thought I might be a bit early. I was! It was good to see the tail end of the Cowslips though plus many Orchid leaves promising a prolific display ahead. I shall be climbing again in a couple of weeks. Fortunately the gardener doesn’t mow until the Orchids are over.
