Migraine starting so went bed early with Eletriptan.

Long day with much driving. Grandson came and we went Gorron house and put electric bike on charge . St James where he unloaded car and built composteur. Lunch at nearby restaurant and back Gorron
Took bike, now charged, in car to drop him off.

Felt too unwell to unpack. So pill and bed.
